Many amenities were nonexistent, such as including a closed pool covered in grime and a lobby cluttered with boxes from apparent renovations. Notably, cleanliness is a major issue, with reports of pest issues including live roaches and stained linens prevalent during my stay. To top it off, a misleading absence of breakfast options advertised added to my disappointment.

The room was really dirty. There were burn holes on the furniture and stains on the mattress. The remote and phone didn't work, and I couldn't reach the front desk. The curtains were broken and the room had a bad smell. I noticed expired half-and-half at breakfast, and the carpets were sticky. It's just not a clean, inviting place at all.

The Queen Suite was in desperate need of maintenance, with dust caked in corners and broken furniture. The A/C unit was filthy, and the room had a noticeable odor. The breakfast experience was disappointing, with expired products and a lack of maintenance evident throughout the property.
